About me

I fell in love with usability & user experience while traveling down a career path as an academic librarian. In my current role as a Director of User Experience at Glasswall, I enjoy making complicated tasks easier.

I strive to make workflows & interfaces as simple, usable, and enticing as I can. I love a wide variety: information architecture, wireframing, content strategy, user research, usability testing, and building out sites. My very favorite thing is seeing a product I’ve designed in action, where I can see users take what I’ve created and start using it.

I like to work in a mixture of social environments, where I gather & contribute ideas & momentum by working with a team, but where I also have time to focus and be productive on my own.

A few of my favorite things

Pastries, ice cream, to-do lists (and crossing things off!), gardening, and singing in the shower. I’m a dabbler of hobbies – doer of many things, expert at none.
